About Me

I’m Stephanie, I’m 22 years old and I have a passion for Fitness that I want to share with the world. I want to help others to achieve their goals! Change your mind. Change your body. I am a certified personal trainer.

I grew up in a small Island in Portugal, in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean – Pico.

Back in High School, before I started going to the gym I wanted to be a Flight Attended and travel around the world. Things changed when I started gaining weight and hating the image of myself in the mirror.

In Pico I didn’t have the opportunity to go to the gym because there is only one gym for the entire Island and it was far from my house so I bought some dumbbells, a barbell and started working out at home and running outside. I changed my Nutrition also and started seeing results a couple of months after.

Five months after I came to Canada with my Mom and Sister. Right away, I got my first gym membership and hired a Personal Trainer because I needed someone with all the Fitness knowledge and also someone who pushed me and gave me the results I was looking for. A year later I started competing!

I am going to share with you how I train and show you full body workouts, legs and booty workouts and how to eat healthy.
