I have been training for now for around 7 years and have tried many different types of training methods and this is what works best for me. Also, I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer. I specialise in building and Maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle!
8-week plan that includes 6 days per week!
You are training single muscle groups, you be doing this Monday to Friday and the 6th day is cardio and abs day!
You be doing supersts, dropsets are included and it is easy to follow during each workout.
