My 8 week guide has 6 workouts a week plus an Abs routine, which are switched up and alternate between week A & B, so it won’t be repetitive for you but challenging! These are all exercises I have implemented into my training over the past 2 years, to build & sculpt my physique to what it is today.
I have designed this guide to help you build muscle and help you achieve the strong and sexy look. It’s going to give you the exercises needed in order to build your physique and strength.
The workout is the app for you to follow and does not expire.
I have separate days for you to hit different parts of your legs, so you can concentrate more on those specific areas.
All the descriptions on how to do this are added for you to follow and also how many seconds rest period you should be having between sets.
You will need gym equipment to complete my workouts, you are unable to do them at home.

I have always been into general fitness but I started my weight lifting journey 2.5 years ago (2015) at the age of 26 when I wanted a challenge to sculpt & build my physique. As an ectomorph body type, this was something I was going to have to work super hard on. Through the years, I have extensively researched and experimented with many different training methods, to obtain as much knowledge as possible, including bodybuilding, strength training, and general fitness. I also completed my level 2 & 3 personal training. With everything put into practice, I have managed to gain around 16 lbs in lean muscle mass to date.
I absolutely love the discipline and structure that a healthy lifestyle gives you. Every day I’m working on myself and I very rarely have time off, as I’m always setting myself goals to work towards.
I have recently competed in my first bikini competition to face a fear of mine, which was pushing myself out of my comfort zone and stepping on stage in front of people. I managed to place 2nd which I was completely blown away by and was a massive achievement for me.
I absolutely love helping people and offer online coaching to help others reach their goals too, which is the most rewarding job!
