ABOUT ME 🤗
My name is Grace Victoria, I am 18 years old from the UK. I am a recovered anorexic who has learned to not only accept but love my body. I believe it is so important to love what you see in the mirror. I understand that many individuals has low self-esteem and low body confidence and as a result, this can have a huge impact on their lives. I want to change that. I want to teach and help people to understand and feel comfortable in their own bodies. I think it’s important to carry out a healthy lifestyle and be active. I do not want this guide to be perceived as a strict plan to lose weight and get that ‘ideal’ appearance. I want this guide to help people gain strength and confidence in their own individual appearance.
THE GRACE VICTORIA GUIDE
The GraceVictoriaGuide is a fitness guide for women all shapes and sizes and it is based on the workouts that I carry out in order to get the results that I currently achieve. I want to highlight that the guide is not only to achieve physical but mental strength too. I want to help people learn to accept and love their bodies.
-8 weeks guide, weeks 1-4 is the same and progression in weeks 5-8
-5 workouts a week, you be doing booty, back 7 shoulders, legs, arms & chest & booty & legs
-Some exercises you would be doing high reps!
-E-Book of the workouts
