What is Aflete?

With Aflete you can get workouts, recipes and bespoke 1-1 plans directly from the best trainers.

Where does all your content come from?

All our content is added by trainers, bloggers and nutritionists themselves, we are just the platform in between.

What is “Locker Room”?

Locker Room is a place that stores all the plans you have purchased or trainers you have hired. You can access your plans from your locker room any time from any device. They also stay forever.

I forgot my password?

Tap login (top right-corner), you would see option for forgot password, type in either your username or email address and click reset password. You will receive link in your email address you have registered with. Please check your junk mail, if you have not received email to reset your password please email team@aflete.com.

How do i change my password?

Login to your account, go to your locker room, on top right hand side, click edit profile and you can change your password.

When i buy a plan where has it gone? How do i see it?

Once you have purchased either a free or paid plan it will be added to your locker room. You will also receive an email confirmation, which will contain a link to your plan. Remember to check your junk mail just in case.

When I purchase a product and if i have any questions, who do i contact?

First you can message the seller directly. Also we are happy to help anyone just send an email to team@aflete.com.

If I purchase a custom plan from a trainer, how does it work?

Once you buy a custom plan from a trainer, sit back as the trainer will message you directly with some questions so they can get started on getting to know you and creating your custom bespoke plan.

You will be able to message your trainer in your locker-room if needed. Your trainer will send you the custom plan by messaging you directly.

How do i view a video plan?

This will be in your locker room, you will see the video plan product purchased, click on view, you will be able to play the video straight away.

What currency are the prices?

You should see the currency of your location. If not the standard currencies are in USD (United States Dollars), EUR (European Union), GBP (Great British Pounds).

Would I need to pay anything to create Aflete account?

No – It’s completely free to make an account.

Is their particular software or device i need in order to view the products?

No – You will be able to view any of the plans on a computer, tablet, iphone or android phone.

If i don’t hear back from the trainer what do i do?

Aflete is here to help so please contact team@aflete.com and you would hear back from the team within 24 hours.

Who do i contact if i have an issue with my payment?

Please send email to team@aflete.com regarding any questions to do with payment. Could you please include your full name, which plan, payment method and what type of device are using to make payment on.

What payment do you accept for any type of order?

For free products you do not need to enter any of your payment details. For paid products, we PayPal.

What is the refund policy?

If you have purchased a paid product on our website and you are not happy with this, email us within 30 days of purchasing and you will receive a full refund. Please email team@aflete.com.

Will i be charged monthly for one time paid plan?

You will not be charged monthly for any paid product. This is one time and upfront fee.
