Is a gym membership required to follow a custom meal/workout plan?
- In order to follow a personalised & none personalised workout program, designed by Brandon Harding, a gym membership is definitely recommended. Exceptions can be made to individuals who have access to limited equipment.
What happens once I have made a purchase?
- Once you make a purchase you should receive a confirmation email with all the details how to get access. Unless personalised you will receive your plan shortly after. If personalised, you will receive a text file with further instructions and the personal plan questionnaire. This is to provide me with all the information required to prepare your personalised program. Once you have submitted, allow 2-3 days to prepare your personalised plan.
This looks expensive, will it be worth my money?
- Because it helps you avoid the many pitfalls that prevent people from achieving their weight loss and muscle-building goals. There’s a great peace of mind that comes with having a personal coach and plan that you know, for a fact, will bring you to where you want to be, and that allows you to ignore all the bad advice and noise that’s out there. You can find comfort in knowing that you will be well and truly taken care of and that i will do everything in my power to help you achieve your goals. I once was in a similar position to you, i know how important your goals are.
Does is matter what country I live in or where i’m from?
