Gracie Love’s Cotton Candy Coconut

  • 6 frozen organic bananas
  • Handful organic strawberries
  • 1-2 inches of vanilla bean
  • Splash of coconut water
  • Top with raw flaked coconut

Tara Milhem’s CLEAN PUMPKIN CHIA ICE CREAM

The sweetest holiday treat that’s easy to make and so nutritious!

Serves: 3 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Bananas Very ripe
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Pureed
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp Agave Syrup or Honey
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions:

  • Chop and freeze the banana overnight.
  • Mix pumpkin, cinnamon, maca, vanilla, and agave together.
  • Once the bananas are frozen, blend until chunky for about 30 seconds. Add in pumpkin mixture and continue to blend until reaching the desired consistency.
  • Remove from the blender, refreeze, and top with chia seeds and cinnamon.

Seonkyoung’s Avocado Smoothie (Traditional & Vegan style)

Ingredients

Traditional Avocado Smoothie Ingredients (Non-Vegan)

  • 1/2 large avocado (use 1 whole avocado if it’s small/regular size)
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 Tbs. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 cup ice
  • Vegan Avocado Smoothie Ingredients
  • 1/2 large avocado (use 1 whole avocado if it’s small/regular size)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 Tbs. agave nectar
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions:

Choose your favorite from Tradition or Vegan version and add all ingredients in a blender. Blend until everything combined and smooth.
Enjoy!

Notes

You can use almond milk, soy milk or rice milk as well.

Healthiecook’s Starbucks Coffee Ice Cream Bowl 

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 frozen bananas (or more!)
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground coffee beans (use more/less to taste), I used Starbucks
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (use more/less to taste)
  • some water, to help blend
  • toppings of your choice (I recommend some fruits & crunch granola!)

Instructions:

  • Blend everything in a high speed blender/food processor, add a little water to help blend (I used about 1/4 cup).
  • Scoop into a bowl, top with your favourite toppings. Enjoy!!!
