If you are following a gluten free diet because of allergies or simply because it is healthier, you may find it hard to enjoy deserts. Luckily for you we have created this list of 7 delicious gluten free dessert recipes! Enjoy 🙂


1. Raw Salted Caramel Shortbread


For this recipe you will need:

200g cashews
100g dark chocolate/vegan chocolate
Coconut oil
15-20 (soft variety e.g Medjool) dates
Himalayan salt


2. Gluten free black bean brownies!


1 – can rinses black beans
3 – eggs
3 tbs – coconut oil
Splash – vanilla
1/3 c – maple syrup or sweetener your choice
1/2 tsp – baking powder
1/4 c – cocoa powder
Some – instant coffee
Few – dark chocolate chips
Blend beans, eggs, vanilla, oil in food processor. Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl then mix dries and wets. Bake 35 min @ 375 in 8×8 pan.
Topped with natural peanut butter.


3. His and Hers Sunday waffles


His: Freshly made almond butter, blueberries, and maple syrup.
Hers: Blueberries, coconut cream chocolate sauce, and shredded coconut.

4. Hunky chunky chocolate granola❤️

3 cups of oats
1/2 cup of mixed seeds ( I used sesame, chia and pumpkin seeds)
1/2 cup of chopped nuts ( optional )
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of melted coconut oil
1/2 cup of maple syrup or honey.

Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
First make your chocolate by mixing the coconut oil, cocoa powder and maple syrup together well until you get a nice smooth chocolate consistency.
Then add in all your dry ingredients until evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and bake for around 20 mins until nice and crunchy. Allow to cool and break it up if stuck together unless like me you like it nice and chunky!! Store in a sealed jar or container and enjoy!! ❤️

5. Coconut and Blood Orange w. Rose Water Parfait


You will need:
Coconut yoghurt
3 blood oranges, peeled
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of rose water
Additional sweetener like maple syrup
Half a mango, cubed
1 passion fruit
Amaranth or quinoa pops
A couple of frozen berries
Coconut flakes
Broccoli sprouts

To make the chia jam:
Blend 3 blood oranges, with the rose water in a mixer. Taste if it needs additional sweetener. Stir in the chia seeds and stir regularly. It will be ready after 15 minutes or make it the night before and leave it in the fridge overnight.
To assemble you need to glasses or bowls. Put in some coconut yoghurt, add 2-3 tablespoons of blood orange rose water jam and stir lightly. So you will see soft swirls. Top with a stopped out passion fruit 1/4 mango cubes, amaranth pops, coconut flakes, frozen berries and some broccoli sprouts!

6. Caramel Apple Oats



3/4 cup oats
1 cup water
1 pink lady apple
2 medijool dates
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp peanut butter
About 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk ✨

In one pot, combine oats and water on medium heat and let that cook.
Then, in another pot, combine chopped apples + chopped dates + almond milk + cinnamon; let that simmer (covered).
When the oats are fluffy, transfer to a bowl. continue cooking the ‘caramel apple’ topping until the apples are soft and it’s a gooey consistency.
Pour this on top of the oats & top with fresh apple + peanut butter. enjoy! ✨


7. Double Chocolate Chip Gluten Free Cookies



1/2 cup hazelnut meal
1/2 cup almond meal
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup cacao powder
3/4 cup coconut sugar
2 Tbs Mesquite powder
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 pastured eggs
1/4 cup cacao nibs
3/4 cup dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free chocolate chips
