I have been training for the past 5 years now. When I was 14 years old, I became obsessed with getting results from hard work. It never lets you down. However, In the beginning, I knew nothing. I was not training properly. It took me a year before I learned the basis of working out. In a whole year, I could have made triple the results, if only I had an accurate plan to follow.
