Hey – I’m Ali Omaar

My background story is from the age of At the age of 14 I used to be overweight, I was depressed and not happy with the way I looked or felt. At 16, I decided to go to the gym and I immediately noticed a change, both mentally and physically. I saw changes that I didn’t know where possible and at that moment I realised that my potential was endless. My confidence grew as my body got more in shape which leads me to take part in my first competition at the age of 17. Having placed 5th I quickly realised the possibilities and decided to take my training to the next level, increasing the intensity of my exercises and the knowledge with which I trained. I found out what was best for me and adopted it religiously.

I am a certified personal trainer and train clients both online and personally. I am currently based in Dubai and London. Over the years I have already helped many people in achieving their goals of losing weight and getting in shape, and I am here to help you improve your physique, get healthier both mentally and physically and reach your goals. Nothing is impossible and with the right guidance and training you could achieve the body you’ve always hoped for.
